This fantastic species is a winner with any kid or kid at heart! The leaves on this plant close as you brush them and re-open within minutes. Mimosas love full to half sun with a well-draining soil, ideally grown as a house plant they are hardy down to 5c. Fluffy pink flowers appear mid summer. Feed every couple of weeks in the growing season to promote vigorous new shoots. After a couple of growing seasons these plants will reach their ultimate height of 0.3m tall and wide.
